Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 18 August 2021 that Julie Brown, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 23,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 18 August 2021 at a price of GBP 19.44801 pence per Share.

Following the sale Julie Brown continues to beneficially hold 132,598 Shares which is above the requirements of the Shareholding Policy of three times base salary.
