Dollar Mixed Ahead Of U.S. CPI

The U.S. inflation data for December is due at 8:30 am ET
Wednesday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against
its major counterparts. While it held steady against the yen, it
retreated against the rest of major rivals.
The greenback was worth 115.39 against the yen, 1.1374 against
the euro, 1.3648 against the pound and 0.9221 against the franc as
of 8:25 am ET.
