Italy's UniCredit Appoints Head of Group Wealth Management

UniCredit SpA (UCG.MI) has appointed Marco Bizzozero as head of
group wealth management, it said Monday.
The appointment of Mr. Bizzozero, who will report to General
Manager Gianni Franco Papa, is effective March 1. Mr. Bizzozero has
25 years of experience in finance and has held senior positions at
global organizations including Deutsche Bank AG (DBK.XE), Unicredit
said.
Unicredit's wealth management operations aim at increasing the
Italian lender's private banking and wealth management business in
Europe, with particular focus on Italy, Germany and Austria,
Unicredit said.
The appointment "proves our commitment and ambition to further
develop the wealth management and private banking business of the
group," Mr. Papa said.
