--French energy company Engie said it is in talks with Brazil's Petrobras to buy the latter's gas pipeline network Transportadora Associada de Gas, reports Reuters.

--Engie is still in the bidding phase for the assets and isn't in exclusive talks, Chief Executive Isabelle Kocher said on an analyst call, Reuters reports.
