January 25, 2019. The complete

These Funds and Advisor Series are not available for purchase,
including through pre-authorized contributions (PACs).
Unitholders of the above Funds and Advisor Series can redeem at
any time. Advisor Series unitholders may also reclassify their
units into another series of the same fund. In both cases,
applicable redemption fees and sales charges payable to us will be
waived. On the closure date, any remaining units will be redeemed
for cash.
A notice will be mailed to all affected unitholders regarding
the Fund and Advisor Series closures. For more information on these
changes and to discuss investment options, unitholders should
contact their financial advisors.

all may be associated with investments in the funds. Please read
the prospectus before investing. Investments in the funds are not
