Director Shareholding
Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company
focused on the development and operation of flexible energy
generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, announces that it has
today been notified that Charles Tatnall, Executive Chairman of the
Company, yesterday purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.49762 pence per
Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Charles Tatnall has a total beneficial
interest in 80,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.75 per cent.
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
