Enel Sells Stake in EF Solare Italia Joint Venture to F2i

Enel SpA (ENEL.MI) said late Friday that it sold its 50% stake
in the joint venture EF Solare Italia SpA to existing partner F2i
SGR SpA, an Italian private-equity firm.
Enel said the equity consideration of the sale was 214 million
euros ($243.2 million) and is subject to adjustments in line with
standard practice for this type of transaction.
The company will now focus its resources in Italy on developing
and building greenfield projects.
