The Company has been notified that, on 2 January 2019, Robert Macdonald, Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 14,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 74.00 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Macdonald holds a beneficial interest in 2,794,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
