an option under the 2013 Unapproved Share Option Scheme to acquire
and immediately disposed of ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company. The exercise and the disposal took place
on 27 March 2019. Immediately on exercise Chris Worle transferred
3,745 Ordinary shares at a nil cost to his wife Rebecca Worle who
is a Person Closely Associated with him.
