Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights Announcement

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), a world leading hybrid real estate agency, announces that, pursuant to its block admission facility, it has recently issued 115,041 ordinary shares of GBP0.01p each in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 3 April 2019, the Company has 303,090,347 ordinary shares of GBP0.01p each in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 303,090,347.

The above figure of 303,090,347 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
