--Vodafone and Orange are in negotiations to share 5G networks in Spain, business daily Expansion reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The telecommunications companies have shared networks in Spain since November 2006, with agreements covering 3G and 4G, and Vodafone has in recent months established 5G-sharing deals in the U.K. with Telefonica and in Italy with Telecom Italia, Expansion reports.

--An Orange spokesman declined to comment; Vodafone couldn't be reached for comment.
