Result of Secondary Placing of Ordinary Shares in Pelatro
Further to the announcement earlier today, Pelatro announces
that Suresh Yezhuvath has sold 2,280,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company (the "Placing Shares"), representing approximately 7.0 per
cent. of the voting rights of Pelatro. The Placing Shares were
placed at a price of 80 pence per share and were sold to
institutional investors by finnCap Ltd (the "Secondary
Placing").
Following the sale, Suresh Yezhuvath now has a beneficial
interest in a total of 14,613 Ordinary Shares, representing a
resultant holding of 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
Additionally, Nic Hellyer, Finance Director of the Company and
his wife Fawzia Hellyer subscribed for an aggregate of 25,000
Placing Shares in the Secondary Placing. Following the purchase Nic
Hellyer has a beneficial interest in a total of 105,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 0.32 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
