AIM Rule 17 Notice

Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation ('FlexGen') projects in the UK, makes the following disclosures pursuant to AIM Rule 17.

James Longley was a director of Satellite Vehicle Rentals (South) Limited until 30 June 1995. On 4 January 1996, a petition for compulsory liquidation was filed, such date being within 12 months of James Longley's resignation. The liquidation was completed on 14 October 1996.

Also, Tim Cottier was a director of Belmont Securities plc ("Belmont"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Leeds Trust Plc. As previously set out in the Company's announcement of Tim's appointment on 13 June 2016, "Tim was formerly a director of Leeds Trust Plc which was subject to a members' liquidation in 1993. Tim had provided a personal guarantee in respect of Leeds Trust Plc and following the members liquidation of Leeds Trust plc entered into an Individual Voluntary Agreement ('IVA') with creditors in 1994. The IVA was completed in June 1999, subsequent to a settlement payment in line with the agreed terms of the IVA." Specifically in respect of Belmont, Tim was a director of Belmont when in November 1992, it entered into a voluntary creditor liquidation. The liquidation was completed in October 1998.
