French telecommunications company Orange (ORAN) on Tuesday said it entered a deal to acquire cybersecurity company SecureLink from Investcorp for EUR515 million.

Orange said SecureLink, which is based in the Netherlands, is one of the largest independent cybersecurity services providers in Europe. SecureLink has on-the-ground presences in eight European countries representing 75% of the market, Orange said.

SecureLink's senior management will join the global leadership team and help integrate the organizations, Orange said.

The transaction is expected to be completed late in the second quarter or in the third quarter of this year, Orange said.
