Following the announcement (on 3 May 2019) of the appointment of
Mr Simon Cordery as an independent non-executive director of the
Company effective on 1 July 2019 (RNS Number: 0873Y), the Board has
been notified that Mr Cordery has purchased 5,250 ordinary shares
of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") for his personal holding at 130.68p
per share.
Mr Cordery will become a PDMR of the Company once his
appointment as a director begins on 1 July 2019. He has made this
purchase of Ordinary Shares in anticipation of this
appointment.
