Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the EUR750,000,000 0.900 per cent. Notes due 24 November 2026 (the "2026 Notes"), the Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the EUR1,000,000,000 1.625 per cent. Notes due 24 November 2030 (the "2030 Notes") and the Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the EUR750,000,000 2.500 per cent. Notes due 2039 (the "2039 Notes" and together with the 2026 Notes and the 2030 Notes, the "Notes")

The Notes will be issued pursuant to the EUR30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
