Exercise of share awards

London, 11 June 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 10 June 2019, Simon Watkins (Group Company Secretary), exercised nil-cost share options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan over a total of 55,869 shares. In accordance with normal practice in the UK, 26,325 of these shares were sold solely to pay the income tax liability arising on the exercise of the share awards with all the remaining 29,544 net shares being retained.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Watkins' has increased his interest in the shares of the Company from 7,395 shares to 36,939 shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
