("Plutus", the "Group" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Holding in Company
Plutus PowerGen (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused
on the development and operation of flexible energy generation
("FlexGen") projects in the UK, was informed on 30 July 2019 that,
on 29 July 2019, Mr. Charles Tatnall (Executive Chairman) acquired
off market 9,166,667 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 0.3p per Ordinary Share and Mr. James
Longley (Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial
Officer) acquired off market 9,166,667 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 0.3p per Ordinary Share. The shares were acquired from the
Estate of the late Philip Stevens.
Following the above acquisitions of Ordinary Shares, Mr. Tatnall
has a beneficial interest in 89,666,667 Ordinary Shares
representing 10.28 per cent. of the current issued share capital of
the Company and Mr. Longley has a beneficial interest in 81,666,667
Ordinary Shares representing 9.36 per cent. of the current issued
share capital of the Company.
Furthermore, following the above transactions the Estate of
Philip Stevens now has a beneficial interest in 35,416,666 Ordinary
Shares representing 4.1 per cent. of the current issued share
capital of the Company.
