Stephen Ford, Head of Private Wealth Management at WH Ireland, has informed the Company that his wife, Joanna Ford, has purchased 49,000 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these purchases, Stephen Ford is deemed to be interested in 314,585 ordinary shares (of which 93,827 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife) representing 0.73 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
