Exercise of options

London 27(th) September 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 26(th) September 2019, Prasanth Manghat (Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director), exercised various nil-cost share options over 133,728 shares, granted to him in 2016, 2017 & 2018 under the Company's Long Term Investment Plans ("LTIP") and Deferred Share Bonus Plans ("DSBP").

Following this transaction, Mr Manghat has an interest over a total of 388,000 shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
