Update on Brandon Hill Capital Shareholding

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, today announces that it has been advised by Oliver Stansfield that last week he increased his beneficial interest in the Company by 3,000,000 ordinary shares, to a revised holding of 20,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.01% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.

Oliver Stansfield is the CEO of Brandon Hill Capital Limited, the Company's broker and major shareholder, which has a direct holding of a further 93,493,593 ordinary shares, representing 14.05% of the outstanding issued share capital. Other Brandon Hill directors hold a beneficial interest in an additional 26,002,051 ordinary shares, representing 3.91% of the Company.

Consequently, the revised combined interest of the Brandon Hill parties is now 139,495,644 shares, representing 20.97% of the Company.
