Orange (ORA.FR) said Tuesday that its third-quarter revenue slightly rose and it declared an interim dividend for 2019.

Third-quarter revenue rose 0.8% on a comparable basis to 10.58 billion euros ($11.73 billion) from EUR10.49 billion a year earlier, the French telecommunications company said.

The company said revenue was partly driven by continued growth in Africa and the Middle East, and rising revenue from its Europe and Enterprise segments.

Operating cash flow edged down 0.5% during the quarter to EUR1.89 billion, Orange said.

Orange will distribute an interim dividend of EUR0.30 a share for 2019, it said.

The company confirmed its guidance for 2019, excluding the effects of its network-sharing contract in Spain signed with Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) in April.
