Purchase of Shares
Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') announces
that it has been advised that on 30 December 2019, Dr Pavel
Maslovskiy, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 17,400,000 ordinary
shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 13 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Dr Maslovskiy has an interest in
17,400,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.53 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
