IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the AI data analytics company delivering
insights in neuroscience, announces that it received notification
on 22 January 2020 that on 21 January 2020 Giulio Cerroni, CEO
of the Company, acquired 24,800 ordinary shares at an aggregated
price of GBP0.802.
Giulio Cerroni is interested in 109,600 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company following
the purchase.
