Deutsche Telekom: US Court to Publish Decision on T-Mobile/Sprint Merger Today

A U.S. judge is expected to publish the decision about T-Mobile
US Inc.'s merger with Sprint Corp. today, Deutsche Telekom AG,
which controls T-Mobile, said Tuesday.
The court has informed the parties that Judge Victor Marrero
plans to publish its decision today, it said.
"We remain confident that the judge will decide in favor of the
transaction," it said.
The Wall Street Journal reported earlier that the judge is
expected to approve the merger, according to people familiar with
the matter.
