Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, advises that the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 27 May 2020.

Pursuant to Article 17.4(a)(iii) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered election as a Director of the Company is 2 April 2020.

This announcement is required under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the place and time of the AGM will be advised in due course.
