Landsec Board of Directors contribute to Covid-19 support fund

At Landsec, we remain committed to supporting our customers, partners, employees and communities during the Covid-19 pandemic. As such, the Board of Directors will be waiving 20% of their base salaries or fees for an initial period of three months effective 1 May 2020 and the money will be used to supplement the GBP500,000 support fund for our charity partners announced on 2 April 2020. The fund will be allocated to charitable causes by our Sustainability Committee, which is responsible for our charitable donations.

Since announcing our support fund, we have been able to ensure that a number of our existing charity partners - many of whom are working on the front line to offer help to the most vulnerable in society - have received immediate financial relief. This has included donations to homeless charities across the cities we work in and a GBP100,000 donation to the property industry charity, LandAid.
