Posting of Annual Report & Notice of 2020 AGM

Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 9 April 2020, Pelatro Plc (AIM: PTRO) confirms that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 is now available on the Company's website. Documentation concerning the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders presently.

The AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 17 June 2020. As a result of the ongoing coronavirus global pandemic and the measures that the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings and all but essential travel, for the safety of our shareholders, our employees, our advisers and the general public, attendance at the AGM in person will not be possible this year and shareholders or their appointed proxies (other than the chair of the AGM) will not be permitted entry to the AGM. In light of these challenging circumstances, we strongly encourage shareholders to vote remotely on the resolutions by completing the form of proxy which will accompany the Notice of Meeting, either in paper form or electronically.
