Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on
15 May 2020, that Stéphane Gibon, Group Chief Financial Officer of
Photo-Me, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 May
2020.
Mr Gibon is interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.026 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The
total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
