On 19 May 2020, the Company was notified that the Viehbacher 2015 GRAT u/a/d 22 May 2015 (the 'Trust'), of which Mr Christopher Viehbacher (a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company) is a Trustee, transferred, for nil consideration, 1,025,646 Ordinary Shares of one pence each in the Company to Mr Christopher Viehbacher to hold directly in his own name.

Following this transaction, Mr Christopher Viehbacher continues to have a holding of 1,025,646 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
