Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner
with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, advises that
all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting held today ("AGM")
were passed on a poll.
There was no Chairman's address provided at the AGM.
