The Company announces that it received notification today, from
Caroline Silver, Non-executive Chair of the Company, that she had
purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The
shares were purchased at a price of 175.4p per share on 27 May
2020. Following this dealing, Mrs Silver holds 42,500 shares in the
Company representing 0.009% of the shares in issue.
The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of
