ferguson COMPLETES $600 million BOND FINANCING

Ferguson announces that it has issued $600 million principal aggregate amount of bonds at 3.25% with a ten-year maturity. The proceeds will be for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing debt, and to increase liquidity.
