Share Price Movement and Update

Catenae Innovation PLC (AIM: CTEA), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, notes the recent movement in its share price and provides the following update.

On 29 May 2020 the Company announced an agreement with Newcastle Premier Health Ltd ("NPH") for it to provide its knowhow and to pilot the Company's Cov-ID project. A proof of concept relating to the Cov-ID project was expected to be announced within a few weeks of that date.

The Company anticipates being able to update the market in relation to a proof of concept by 19 June 2020.

Furthermore, the Company is in discussion with its broker in relation to a possible fundraise. If a fundraise occurs it will be at a significant discount to the current share price.
