Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020,
Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 and Proxy Form
12 June 2020 - Experian plc, the global information services
company, hereby notifies the market, in accordance with Listing
Rule 9.6.1R, that the above documents have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority National Storage Mechanism and they will shortly
be available for inspection at

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of
Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website
at www.experianplc.com .
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
Experian, Newenham House, Northern Cross, Malahide Road, Dublin 17,
D17 AY61, Ireland on Wednesday 22 July 2020 at 9.30am. A summary of
the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out
in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual
General Meeting.
In response to COVID-19, restrictions have been introduced by
the Irish Government in relation to travel and public gatherings in
Ireland. To comply with these restrictions, and in order to ensure
the safety of the Company's shareholders, employees and directors,
shareholders will not be permitted to attend the Company's Annual
General Meeting this year. Instead, only essential personnel from
the Company will attend the Annual General Meeting, observing
social distancing, to ensure a quorum is present and to conduct the
business of the meeting. All other shareholders will be excluded
from the AGM for the reasons stated above. Shareholders are
therefore encouraged to vote on all resolutions by appointing the
Chairman of the meeting as a proxy, and to submit questions about
the business of the meeting, by email to
agmquestions@experianplc.com.
The additional information required under Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks
and uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors'
responsibilities, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 March 2020, was included in the Company's
preliminary results announcement on 20 May 2020.
