THE INCE GROUP PLC (the "Company")

Director and PDMR Transaction

The Company has been informed that Adrian Biles, a director of the Company, and John Biles, a PDMR, today transferred 2,285,080 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from their joint interest to be held on trust as collateral for the commitments of an entity engaged in underwriting activities with Lloyd's of London in which they are interested.

As a result of this transaction Adrian Biles' and John Biles' directly held joint holding is now 1,048,253 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and they continue to be jointly interested in a total of 3,333,333 Ordinary Shares which were previously jointly held, representing 4.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Their respective individual interests of 7,610,664 and 1,537,880 Ordinary Shares are unchanged, representing 11.1% and 2.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Overall, both Adrian and John Biles each continue to be interested in the same number of shares as prior to the transfer.
