shares of 10 2/3p each (Shares) by two PDMRs (who are both
Executive Directors).
On 25 June 2020, Nil Cost Options (Options) granted under the
Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plans (DSB) on 25 June 2019 to the
PDMRs listed below vested and are exercisable between 25 June 2020
and 24 June 2024.
This amount includes dividend equivalents accrued during the
holding period.
The LTIP awards granted on 26 June 2017 did not meet the
performance conditions and lapsed in full for all participants.
