Additional participation in NED Scheme

Following the issue of the NED Scheme Shares on 23 July 2020, the Company is pleased to confirm that Alistair Buchanan, as the newest Non-Executive Director of the Company has today agreed to receive ordinary shares in the Company in lieu of 25 per cent of the fees (being a total of GBP5k) that would otherwise be due to be paid to him by the Company in respect of the six month period commencing on 1 June 2020 and ending on 30 November 2020. The number of ordinary shares will be determined on the basis of the volume weighted average of the middle market quotations for one ordinary share for the 30 consecutive trading days ending on 30 November 2020.

In accordance with the agreement with Polygon Global Partners LLP ("Polygon"), announced on 17 October 2017, Polygon has consented to this arrangement.

A further announcement will be made when the relevant shares are issued.
