RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') held its Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') at York House, 45 Seymour Street, London
W1H 7LX earlier today. All resolutions were voted on by way of a

The total voting rights of the Company as at 6.30pm on 27 July
2020 (the time by which shareholders wanting to attend, speak and

926,691,739 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (excluding treasury
shares).

passed at the AGM, other than resolutions constituting ordinary
