AVEVA Group plc announces that on 26 August 2020 it was notified of the following share option exercises and sales of shares which took place:

David Ward, Finance Director and Company Secretary

On 25 August 2020 Mr Ward exercised options over 216 shares following the 2017 award under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of GBP46.19 per share.

On 26 August 2020 Mr Ward exercised options over 3,335 shares following the 2018 and 2019 awards under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of GBP49.50 per share.

Following this, Mr Ward beneficially owns 7,756 ordinary shares and holds options over 59,923 ordinary shares (including accrued dividend equivalents).
