Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Plant Health Care plc (AIM:PHC), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020. A copy is available from the Company's website at:

The Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held on Monday, 14 June 2021 at 1:00pm at the offices of Arden Partners plc, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR.

As a result of current UK Government COVID-19 restrictions, which includes banning gatherings of more than six people, the Company's AGM will not be held in its usual format. The Company has arranged the AGM with the maximum number of shareholders and directors allowed to ensure that the AGM is quorate and as a result shareholders are advised not to attend. Should shareholders do so it is likely that they will be not be permitted entry.
