Results of AGM

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, AQSE: WSBN), the London listed precious metals trading and exploration company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 14 May 2021 and all resolutions, as follows, were passed:

1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2. Alan Gravett and Jonathan Harrison were re-elected to serve a further term as directors of the Company.

3. RSM Audit (Gibraltar) Limited were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
