SANDERSON DESIGN GROUP PLC

("Sanderson Design Group", the "Company" or the "Group")

Directorate Change

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that Vijay Thakrar, who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in November 2018, has given notice that, due to increasing commitments with other businesses, he wishes to step down from the Board when his current term of three years expires on 27 November 2021.

The Company has initiated a recruitment process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and chair of the Audit Committee. During the coming months, Vijay Thakrar will continue to chair the Audit Committee and, dependent on the timing of his successor's appointment, will support the Company in the handover of the role.

Dianne Thompson, Sanderson Design Group's Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Vijay for his valuable contribution to the development of the Company and for his excellent work as chair of the Audit Committee. We look forward to benefiting from Vijay's insight and counsel during the coming six months and we also wish him well in his future endeavours."
