Synthetic dollar protocol Falcon Finance has announced that its USDf synthetic dollar has been listed on high-performance trading platform WOO X. The addition of USDf to WOO X will increase liquidity for USDf while providing opportunities for users to maximize the yield they can earn through Falcon Finance.

WOO X has launched a USDf spot market on its multi-currency exchange, where it has been paired against USDT. Users can swap between the two with tight spreads for maximum capital efficiency. They can also trade USDf against the hundreds of other crypto assets available on WOO X’s user-friendly platform.

USDf operates as a multi-utility synthetic dollar that is created by Falcon users who collateralize their crypto assets. This enables them to mint USDf, which can be staked on Falcom Finance to create sUSDf, its yield-generating counterpart. The listing of USDf on WOO X allows users to increase the yield they can earn on Falcon through looping.

After swapping USDf for USDT on WOO X, users can deposit USDT into Falcon Finance. This allows the stablecoin to serve as collateral for users to mint more USDf. By repeating the process, known as looping, users can increase their total borrowed USDf capital without materially increasing risk due to the synthetic asset’s stability.

More than $410M in crypto assets are currently locked into Falcon Finance’s synthetic dollar protocol, which has been used to mint more than $375M of USDf. Holders who lock their USDf to generate sUSDf can earn yield on their synthetic dollar holdings, which currently stands at an APY of 10%.
