NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 03 July 2024 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 10 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 10 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 10 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 10 Covered Bonds with effect on 02 August 2024 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
