GIVE YOU NOTICE that the Master Framework Agreement has been
amended in order to correct certain definitional errors.
Capitalised terms used but not otherwise
defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the master
framework agreement dated 16 May 2024 and the prospectus issued by
the Issuer dated 30 April 2024 (the "Prospectus").
