In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 30 June 2022 was 94,012,047 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 10,152,375 shares in Treasury.
