In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 31 October 2022 was 92,367,032 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 11,797,390 shares in Treasury.
