PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 17 November 2022 the Company purchased 6,511 Ordinary Shares at a price of 468.574

pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

92,220,270 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

11,944,152 Ordinary shares held in treasury
