In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 31 January 2023 was 90,977,609 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 13,186,813 shares in Treasury.
